it looks great... but why doesn't the website say it's argentine gelato anywhere?
as we have evolved we felt like to say 'argentine gelato' limited what we are actually doing in our shop, like working in the local farmers markets and exclusively using their fruits, herbs, milk, cream, cheese, etc. although we have dulce de leche gelato, we also have lime cilantro sorbetto, and so we felt saying artisanal gelato encompassed more of what we do. in argentina, they say 'helados artesanales', which translates to artisanal gelato. we will never forget our roots in argentina, and after all that is where we learned our art and that is where we go in order to continue this learning. hope this explains our thinking around this.
